It greatly improves adhesion abilities, flexural strength in bending, deformability, abrasion resistance and is easier to process. We made this product compatible to use with other mortar additives anticipated to amplify specific properties.
In a package of AKULPOL-9192, the moisture content is calibrated at 2% and comes with a pH value of 10. It generally looks white to off-white in color which makes it ideal to use with wall putty.
To make the ready-mixed powder to use with adhesives, dry mortars, and troweling compounds, blend AKULPOL-9192 with the other dry ingredients in appropriate equipment. In the process of its blending, temperatures should not rise absurdly as it could agglomerate the RDP powder due to its thermoplastic properties.
The package of AKULPOL-9192 is available in a 25 Kg bag. Make sure to store it in a cool and dry place away from any moisture. The AKULPOL-9192 package should be used within 6 months from its delivery to achieve optimal results. Due to its thermoplastic nature, the product should be stored without pressure or high temperatures to prevent caking.

Processing Precautions
- Prevent excessive temperature rise during the processing. High heat may cause agglomeration due to the thermoplastic nature of the polymer.
- Mixing after adding water. Mix the recommended amount of water either mechanically or manually.
- Hand Mixing -Fresh mix should be allowed to rest for 5 minutes. For proper dispersion, re-stir.
- Mechanical mixing.- It offers sufficient shear. Resting time is not needed.
