ADDAGE PUMPING AID is a dry polymer powder particularly formulated for easy priming of concrete pump and boom pressure. When it is added to the concrete it increases the pumpability of the concrete and increases the lubrication of the concrete pump pipeline. Pumping aid improves the cohesiveness of concrete mix, resulting in evenly flow through the line.
It has an appearance like white crystalline powder with a pH between 8 to 10. Its special feature is that it is soluble in hot/cold water and compatible with all types of types of cement.
Addage Pumping Aid can minimize the wear and abrasion of pipes and pipelines. Due to its lubricating properties, it reduces the requirement of horsepower for pumping. Nevertheless, our pumping aid is completely environmentally safe and aligns with global efforts to combat climate change.
During application, use one pouch of 200g pumping aid in 25 Lt of water. Stir the mixture thoroughly and let it stand for five minutes before pouring it into the hopper or pump prime. Afterward, you can use it to prime with a 100 feet length of a 5-inch pump line.
