Description
ADDAGE AKULPOL 1112 is a copolymer powder and it is easily dispersible in water with the best saponification resistance. We made this product completely ideal to use with other mortar additives intended to improve specific properties.
This product features fine mineral fillers as an effective anti-blocking agent. Free from organic solvents, plasticizers, and film-forming agents, it offers a clean, high-performance solution for applications.
In terms of technical specifications, its pH value is 10 making it suitable to use with mortar and cement. ADDAGE AKULPOL 1112 has an ash content of 10% to 12% with a moisture content of 2%. Generally, it looks white to off-white in color with a bulk density of 0.5 to 0.6 gm/cc.
To achieve the best performance in ready-mixed powders such as dry mortars, adhesives, and troweling compounds, incorporate AKULPOL 1112 (Hydrophobic RDP) with other dry ingredients using suitable mixing equipment.
Always avoid excessive heat during mixing to prevent polymer agglomeration. Simply add water and mix to prepare, allowing a 5-minute slake for hand-mixed mortars. Mechanical mixing is recommended to ensure effortless and consistent performance.
Our ADDAGE AKULPOL 1112 is available in 25 Kg bags and comes with a shelf life of not more than 12 months from the receipt of delivery. It is recommended to store it in dry conditions and away from moisture. As a thermoplastic, the product must be stored free from pressure and high temperatures to avoid caking.
