Description
It is made from carefully selected mineral oils and non-hazardous chemicals. This unique combination offers optimal performance in releasing concrete from moulds.
It is supplied as a dark brown liquid which is ready for immediate application on-site. Its liquid form allows for easy and convenient use and can be applied directly on the formwork.
The special formulation of ADDAGE BONDCOTE 900 ASO provides superior release properties, as compared to conventional mold release agents. This helps to ensure separation of concrete from the moulds with minimal effort.
After being applied it creates a thin water-repellent layer on the formwork. This protective layer not only safeguards the formwork but also ensures that the cast concrete maintains an even color and texture. It also enables quick, clean, and easy stripping of moulds. This feature accelerates the casting process by reducing downtime between castings.
The product offers outstanding de-moulding performance which gives a good surface finish on the molded concrete product. This ensures that the finished concrete surfaces are smooth and stain-free.
ADDAGE BONDCOTE 900 ASO minimizes surface blemishes which reduces repairing costs to correct surface imperfections. This results in cost savings during the casting process.
The product offers outstanding de-moulding performance and gives a good surface finish on the molded concrete product. This ensures that the finished concrete surfaces are of high quality.
Key Features
- ADDAGE BONDCOTE 900 ASO (PURE OIL) is a premium-quality mould oil for formwork, formulated using carefully selected mineral oils and non-hazardous chemical additives.
- Addage bondote 900 ASO provides greater release properties than traditional mould oils by creating a thin water-repellent barrier over the mould surface, inhibiting cement matrix adherence to moulds.
- Another major benefit of addage bondote 900 ASO is that it allows trapped air to escape during the placement and vibration of concrete, thus resulting in fewer surface blemishes and a uniform colour and smooth texture of finished concrete.
- As such, addage bondote 900 ASO is used extensively where excellent surface quality and a blemish-free finish are essential.

Dosage Guidelines
- Apply BONDCOTE 900 ASO as a thin film, and do not allow excess oil.
- BONDCOTE 900 ASO can be applied with either ba rush, a cloth, or conventional spray equipment.
- When using a spray, always use a fine nozzle to ensure you do not get too much oil on the surfaces of your molds.
- The coverage area for BONDCOTE 900 ASO is between 25 and 60 square meters per liter, depending upon how porous and/or how well (or poorly) maintained the surfaces of your forms are.
- The use of excess oil is not recommended because a thin film of BONDCOTE 900 ASO will provide you with the best release properties.
