- Proven expertise in dry mix mortar, wall putty, wall putty raw materials, RD powder, MHEC, single polymer, and tile adhesive
- Strong B2B and direct sales experience
- Field sales expertise
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and develop dealer and distributor networks

Job Responsibility

Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the dry mix industry, add-mixtures, or construction chemicals
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or similar roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
